One Piece [OP14-EB04] The Azure Sea’s Seven Release Event #1

REGISTRATION:

Event registration will be first come, first served. This specific event (OP14-EB04 Release Event #1) must be registered in person over the phone to guarantee your seat.

We will be using RAINBOW LUFFY LEADER for this event!

Gather your crew and join us to introduce the new OP14-EB04 set for the One Piece TCG! In a One Piece TCG Prerelease, players will get 2x Promo Cards, 1x Release Event Pack & 6 booster packs from the new set and build a 40 card deck from the cards they open to compete against each other in a 30 minute, best of one match. In the event of a tie, players will play an additional match to determine first place.

DECK CONSTRUCTION RULES:

After opening 6 packs, players build a 40-card deck, and a 10 DON!! card deck. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. (There is no 4-card limit and 5 or more copies of a card with the same card number can be included in decks.) Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards.

PRIZES:
Players with 3-0 record: 1x WINNER card

RAFFLE:
In the event that there are any leftover WINNER card(s), they will be raffled off to a random participant at the end of the night
